At Logpoint, we’re looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior IT Operations Manager to take our global IT operations and support functions to the next level. What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and evolve Logpoint’s global IT Support & Operations function, focusing on excellence, security, and reliability.
- Ensure secure, smooth daily operations of IT systems, infrastructure, and services across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Oversee incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT compliance activities.
- Drive IT transformation and introduce process improvements, automation, and new digital tools.
- Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
- Mentor and lead the IT team with a focus on growth, development, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to meet business and operational goals.
- Take ownership of software/hardware procurement and vendor relationship management.
- Promote and uphold IT security policies in line with standards like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and GDPR.
- Maintain and improve ITIL-based service management practices and documentation.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, including team leadership and project management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
- Familiarity with ITIL, security standards (NIST, ISO 27001), and EU data protection regulations.
- Understanding of software development processes, tools, and testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with vendor management, procurement, and risk management practices.
