Role Description

The Website Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our WordPress, Webflow or Shopify based websites. This individual will work closely with client, design team, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in website and web development, a passion for results, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, and a dedication to serving and being responsive to their work and team.

Requirements

• Creative thinker, who can think out of the box. Someone who brings solution and not problems.
• Experience: At-least 2 years of experience with a proven track record as a Website Developer in any technology. (have a portfolio ready to showcase your work)
• Web Development Concept: Good knowledge of how a web technology works.
• UI/UX Knowledge: Experience in building user interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Responsive Design: Demonstrated ability to design and develop responsive websites.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
• Collaborative Creator: Work hand-in-hand with designers and other developers to bring new features and functionalities to life.
• Troubleshooting Expert: Conduct performance tests and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Speed Optimizer: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring top-notch performance across all devices.
• Customization Pro: Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet our evolving needs.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge and working experience in any of the website Technology (WordPress, Web-flow, Framer, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc)
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• MySQL, Relational Database Modelling, and SQL
• Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs
