Job Description
  • Proactively reach out to potential Australian business clients via telephone to introduce company services related to websites, digital marketing, and online presence management.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of the company's website development and related services, emphasizing how they meet the client's business needs.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through outbound calling.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate our solutions and value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of company products and services through training programs and self-study.
  • Additionally, familiarity with Australian business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements can be advantageous for effective communication and relationship building.
Job Specification
  • Fluent English Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English is essential.
  • The candidate should be capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Australian English dialects and familiarity with local business customs is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of web development technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing strategies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and secure commitments from potential clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt sales strategies and approaches based on market trends, client feedback, and business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should manage your own transportation.
  • Should be comfortable with the timing.

Note : 

  • Income: Salary (Nrs. 20,000) + Incentives + Attractive commission earnings up to NPR 40K/month.
  • Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday -Saturday).
  • Working Hours : Mon-Fri (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable) & Sat (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
