- Contribute to the creation of engaging digital content, including images, videos, and ad copy.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and trend-aligned Reels for Instagram and other short-form platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos regularly based on content calendars, brand campaigns, or topical trends.
- Research and stay updated on viral trends, audio tracks, and formats to implement creatively.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Investigate and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1.5+ years experience in client service, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Familiar in creating realistic videos and engaging content such as reels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a client-friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
