Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Secretary based in Gothatar Kathmandu. The Secretary will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks which include managing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, handling company secretarial work, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.


Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
