Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments or counselors.
Maintain the front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
Schedule and confirm appointments for student consultations and other meetings.
Assist in maintaining student records and documentation.
Support counselors and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, printing, and filing.
Provide accurate information about available study programs, services, and procedures.
Manage office supplies and inventory related to front desk operations.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all walk-in clients.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
