Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with a solid performance marketing background to lead and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for our sister concern Infocom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate excels at retargeting, audience segmentation, and attribution—turning insights into impact. Bonus if you're fluent in GA4 and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Meta campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Forecast results and allocate ad budgets with clear ROI targets.
- Collaborate with strategy and sales teams to build structured ad flows.
Targeting & Optimization
- Set up retargeting using Meta Pixel data from web and app sources.
- Create and refine Custom and Lookalike Audiences for each funnel stage.
- Optimize for conversions, cost efficiency, and audience reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver data-backed reports and actionable insights.
- Use GA4 for attribution and traffic behavior analysis.
- Manage UTM tracking for accurate performance evaluation.
Technical Management
- Troubleshoot account issues: payment errors, policy violations, or delivery problems.
- Maintain organized Meta Business Manager structures and access levels.
- Ensure correct Pixel Event setup for standard and custom conversions.
- Stay current with attribution model changes and ad delivery dynamics.
Cross-Platform Collaboration
- Bonus: Support basic Google Ads campaigns (search/display).
- Align campaigns with broader digital strategies and platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven Meta Ads management experience.
- Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Pixel setup, and ad funnels.
- Proficient in retargeting, audience building, and attribution.
- Experience with GA4, UTM tagging, and performance analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Confident communicator with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred
- Meta Ads Certification (e.g., Media Buying Professional).
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with lead gen, e-commerce, or brand awareness campaigns.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
