Job Description
Position: Paid Media Specialist
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Butwal, Lumbini)
Monthly Compensation:
• FT - 35,000 and above
We Need Someone Who Can:
• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta/Google/TikTok
• Implement conversion tracking and basic analytics
• Create clear performance reports that clients understand
• Optimise campaigns based on data (not just theories)
• Work independently with weekly syncs
You Should Have:
✔ Proven experience running paid campaigns (agency preferred)
✔ Hands-on skills with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
✔ Ability to explain technical concepts simply
✔ Reliable internet and remote work setup
