Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person, coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
- Maintain and update the property management/reservation system, processing new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and arranging transportation or tours.

Must-Have
- 1–2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk agent, or similar hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation/booking systems and front office operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.
- Ability to multitask under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Polite, professional, and adaptable to flexible shifts.
- Bachelor's Degree or certification in hospitality management or related field.
- Familiarity with tour and travel services in Nepal.
- Experience handling VIP guests and group bookings.
