About The Opportunity

Our Client is a leader in the hospitality and hotel management sector in Nepal, They deliver exceptional guest experiences at their on-site property. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their front desk and contribute to their reputation for excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person, coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
  • Maintain and update the property management/reservation system, processing new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and arranging transportation or tours.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk agent, or similar hospitality role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation/booking systems and front office operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure with strong attention to detail.
  • Polite, professional, and adaptable to flexible shifts.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or certification in hospitality management or related field.
  • Familiarity with tour and travel services in Nepal.
  • Experience handling VIP guests and group bookings.
