About CompanyTo effectively manage the, showroom operations, sales performance, inventory control, coordinate offline retail activities, accountabilities of retail assets, executions of systemdriven campaigning, and execution of marketing activities in coordination with team ensuring smooth operations, brand compliance, and achievement of business targets.

- Monitoring System Responsibilities:
- Manage retailer data by creating, updating, and deleting retailer profiles within the system, and assigning appropriate campaign access.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign setup including defining timelines, uploading campaign images and offers, and allocating stock.
- Coordinate with the finance team to verify transactions and validate payments again bookings.
- Generate OTPs for cases requiring higher-level authorization to ensure secure booking procedures.
- Review and approve or reject invoices and support documents submitted by retailers.
- Conduct final verification to ensure all booking conditions are met before closure.
- Handle customer queries related to campaigns and bookings promptly and professionally
- Track and report on customer registration activity and campaign effectiveness to relevant stakeholders for ongoing optimization.
- 2 Team & Sales Management
- Lead and manage the team and Sales Team to meet daily and monnthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare and manage incentive files for both Team and Sales Team.
- Achieve the monthly given target in (5 Showrooms)
- 3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with the Samsung team on all retail and showroom-related activities.
- Share IMEI ad Serial Numbers of demo units with the OTteam as required.
- 4. Retail Operations
- Ensure all demo units are functional, display updated retail content, are safely placed and comply with security protocols.
- Plan for placement or removal of retail assets such as ACP boards, SEZ counters, and other branding materials.
- 5. Inventory & Asset Management
- Supervise inventory levels, stock movement, and asset tracking. Maintain proper records of demo units and marketing assets
- 6. Reporting
- Prepare and submit required reports including:
- WOD (Width of Distribution) Report
- Combined Sales Report
- Ad-hoc reports based on business needs
- 7. Marketing Support
- Assist in execution of showroom-level marketing activities and promotional campaigns in line with Samsung branding standards.
