Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Butwal for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing digital marketing campaigns, and generating sales leads. Additional responsibilities include creating promotional materials, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the training team to identify market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and conducting market research
- Skills in digital marketing, including managing campaigns on various platforms
- Proficiency in generating sales leads and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing sales data and identifying market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the IT training sector is a plus
