Job Description
Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territories and drive B2B & B2C sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, operations, and logistics—to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven on-site sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or services.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail distribution or sales.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
