Job Description
Role & Responsibilities- Manage assigned territories and drive B2B & B2C sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, operations, and logistics—to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven on-site sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or services.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Experience in retail distribution or sales.
