Job Description
OverviewThe BDO – Vertical Head will own the entire B2B revenue lifecycle for their respective vertical, with direct responsibility for expanding employer accounts, driving partnerships, increasing job listings, and leading a high-performance sales and client success team.You will be expected to grow employer revenue on a YoY basis, increase active employer accounts by 200% in 12 months, and ensure 80%+ client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales Conversion
- Develop a B2B prospecting database.
- Schedule meeting with the clients, present a pitch deck of the Jobejee products.
- Convert the business pitch to sales.Strategic Growth & Planning Design and execute the B2B employer acquisition and retention strategy.
- Design and execute the B2B employer acquisition and retention strategy.
- Deliver monthly targets: -New Employer Acquisitions: 10+ per month
- Active Job Postings: 100+ monthly under the specific vertical.
- Revenue Contribution: NPR 1 Cr annually from employer segment
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs:
- Conversion Rate: 15–20% from lead to client
- Avg Revenue per Employer: NPR 12,000 – 20,000/month
- Explore and sell value-added services: featured listings, branded job pages, bulk hiring plans, etc.
- Personally manage top 200 employer accounts, ensuring 80%+ renewal rate.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, recruitment agencies, and industry associations.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with high-value clients.
- Use data to optimize performance
- Deliver insights to product and tech teams on employer pain points and platform feature gaps.
- Conduct market segmentation analysis quarterly to identify growth opportunities under your vertical.
- Work closely with:
- Marketing: for B2B campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and brand positioning.
- Finance: for Sales Account Management o
- IT: for upgrades and updates on the Employer side
