This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and optimizing our social media presence. Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media trends, engaging with the online community, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Analytical skills to monitor and measure social media performance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the recruitment industry or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
