Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Provide financial advice to senior management for decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or Chartered Accountant preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations, financial laws, and reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
