Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager – Product located in Kathmandu. The Operations Manager – Product will be responsible for managing and overseeing product operations, coordinating with different departments to ensure product quality and timely delivery. This includes developing and implementing operational strategies, streamlining processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves supervising a team, conducting performance evaluations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in product operations, process management, and strategic planning
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across departments
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance
Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
3-4+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus
