Job Description
POST : ACCOUNT MANAGER
Specifications:
1.Chartered Accountant (CA Graduated) or Master completed
2.Should have 5 years experience in trading company
3.Should have Accounting software knowledge
Job Profile :
1.Manage overall accounts and financial records of multiple companies.
2.Prepare complete set of financial statements and make ready for statutory audit and tax purpose.
3.Supervise subordinates or assistants in data entry, book keeping and recording financial transactions.
4.Ensure that the bank reconciliations are timely prepared as well as inventories are recorded properly at the time of purchase and issue.
5.Confirm that the records of each companies are completely and accurately entered in the software on time.
6.Ensure timely submission of VAT, TDS and tax return.
7.Manage the party accounts (debtors and creditors) and reconcile the statement accompanied by periodic balance confirmation.
8.To Prepare, Analyse and coordinate with bank for Loan related work.
9.Other Account related task as assigned.
