Job Title: Finance Controller Intern

Department: Finance Controller (FC)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Intern to join our Finance Controller (FC)

Department. The intern will assist with day-to-day financial operations, support expense

tracking, document review, and play a key role in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Expense Management:

  • Assist in recording and verifying expense bills from all departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval for each expense.

2. Voucher & Filing Review:

  • Review voucher filing on a monthly basis for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain systematic record-keeping of financial documents.

3. Cash Handling Support:

  • Assist in daily cash count and verification.
  • Help maintain daily cash balance reports and highlight discrepancies.

4. Daily Financial Reporting:

  • Review daily earning reports and report anomalies, if any.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to validate figures.

5. Vendor Contract Review:

  • Support in reviewing existing contracts of vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.

6. Month-End Billing Reconciliation:

  • Help in reconciling month-end billing and expenses.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving variances in reports.

7. Collection Reconciliation

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of collections across all business verticals.
  • Ensure that records match with reported revenues.

8. Employee Promotion Fraud Reconciliation

  • Support the review and reconciliation of monthly employee promo claims to

detect anomalies or fraud.

9. Stock Reconciliation

  • Assist with monthly stock reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.

10. Tax Compliance Support

  • Assist in the monthly reconciliation of VAT (Value Added Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
