About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join a reputed school in Butwal. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a background in school or education sector accounting, who is detail-oriented and capable of managing the complete accounting cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, taxation, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
- Prepare and submit periodic financial reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
- Support audits and financial reviews as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a school or academic institution
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of Nepalese tax system and financial compliance
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
