Full-Time Faculty – English General Paper (Cambridge Int’l AS Level)

Location: Pokhara

Institution: British Model College (BMC), under The British College (TBC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in English General Paper (AS Level) as per the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Teach up to 5 sessions daily (250 mins/day) and provide remedial support to students as needed.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and contribute to academic events, workshops, and parents’ meetings.
  • Support Programme Leader in planning, reporting, and programme improvement.
  • Engage in classroom observation, student evaluation, and continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in student development, ECA/CCA/Sports, and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme.
  • Adhere to faculty guidelines, academic calendar, and staff/student code of conduct.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions for outreach and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in A Levels, IGCSE/O Levels, IELTS, TOEFL, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and educational landscape in Nepal.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite and ability to adapt to online platforms.


Cambridge School Head

Location: Bhairahawa–Butwal, Rupandehi

Subject Areas: English, Science, Mathematics


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and impact of the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Coordinate with Cambridge University for registrations and Checkpoint exams (Grades 5 & 8).
  • Facilitate Cambridge teacher training and deliver internal development sessions.
  • Maintain regular communication with Cambridge University, the School Authority, and the BEG Board.
  • Organise parent meetings and provide timely academic feedback.
  • Support school branding through presentations and outreach events.
  • Teach and mentor students in English, Science, or Mathematics.
  • Ensure high-quality, student-focused classroom delivery and assessments

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Mathematics, or Science (UK/USA/EU degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching and leadership experience in the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.

Marketing Executive – Outreach & Events

Location: Kathmandu Valley

Institution: The British College


The British College is seeking a dynamic Outreach & Events Coordinator to lead school and college engagement across the Kathmandu Valley and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our brand through impactful events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns, open houses, seminars, and school visits.
  • Represent the College at education fairs, school forums, and community events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (digital, admissions, creative) for campaign alignment.
  • Maintain outreach reports, feedback, and follow-ups for strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing or outreach (education sector preferred).
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Kathmandu Valley and occasionally beyond.


  • Experience in Nepal/South Asia preferred.
  • Must possess or be eligible for a Nepali work permit (support can be discussed).
