We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple building construction projects in the Chitwan. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring project efficiency, quality, and timely completion, with a strong focus on financial management and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple building construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Oversee on-site construction activities, including civil works, structural elements, and finishing works.

• Prepare and verify running bills (interim payment certificates) for both employers and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.

• Conduct detailed measurements of work completed for billing purposes, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.

• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer, preferably with a focus on building construction projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control.

• Proficiency in preparing and verifying running bills and measurements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
