Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Admin Manager based in Kathmandu. The Finance and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing administrative functions, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, budget planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also includes supervising staff, coordinating with clients, and supporting the overall management and operational strategies of the firm.

  • Financial Management, Budget Planning, and Auditing skills
  • Administrative Management and Staff Supervision skills
  • Experience in preparing Financial Reports and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the accounting or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
