Position: Operations Trainee

• Location: Kathmandu Valley (Field-based with online coordination)
• Type: Full-time, Entry-level
• Start Date: Immediate

Salary & Benefits (Trainee Program)

Base Salary: NPR 13,000 per month

Performance Bonuses: Based on KPIs (e.g., number of gyms onboarded, engagement targets, etc.)

Travel Allowance: For verified work-related travel

Mobile Recharge: Recharge for work-related communication

Renegotiation: Salary and benefits to be reviewed and potentially increased after first 3 Months upon successful completion of the trainee period and demonstrated performance

What You'll Do

As an Operations Trainee at Kasrat, you'll be the frontline ambassador representing our brand to gyms and fitness studios across Kathmandu Valley. This is your opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while making a real impact on Nepal's fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gym Partnership Development: Visit gyms and fitness studios to introduce Kasrat's platform
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with gym owners and managers
• Contract Negotiation Support: Assist in partnership discussions and contract signing processes
• Market Research: Gather insights about local fitness markets and competitor activities
• Data Collection: Maintain accurate records of gym visits, partnerships, and market intelligence
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior business development team members
• Performance Tracking: Meet monthly targets for gym visits and partnership conversions

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

- Fitness Background: Prior experience in gym training, fitness instruction, or sports coaching

- Education: Bachelor's or more (fitness certifications are a plus)

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Nepali, Hindi and English

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

- Self-Motivation: Driven to achieve targets and grow professionally

- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Kathmandu Valley with personal Vechile

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and basic office software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or business development

- Knowledge of the local fitness industry

- Network of contacts in the fitness community

- Experience with CRM systems or data entry
