Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. The role involves tracking financial transactions, supporting financial reporting, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining accurate ledger records. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Track and record financial transactions with accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and supporting financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse financial data
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Semi-qualified CA, or MBA in Finance/Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with UK accounting standards or prior UK work experience is an advantage
- Efficiency in the English language and Xero Software would be a plus point.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams
