Position Overview: Warranty Incharge is responsible for managing all aspects of warranty operations related to commercial vehicles, equipment, or machinery. This role ensures accurate, efficient, and timely processing of warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer policies and service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process warranty claims in line with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Assess the validity of warranty claims and approve or reject claims as per company standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty-related inquiries and concerns
Work closely with the Service and Parts departments to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and parts replaced for tracking and reporting purposes.
Ensure compliance with all warranty policies and procedures, keeping up-to-date with any changes or updates from the manufacturer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/ Master's in mechanical engineering, automotive, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in warranty, preferably in commercial vehicles or equipment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in handling responsibilities at respective levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
