Job Description
- Regular coordination/communication with General manager/ Service manager/ Warranty In charge for reporting and discuss/plan for increase in service inflow & Workshop Maintenance.
- Immediate communication with customers for the risen service issues & solutions.
- Prepare and implement quarterly planned service camps and workshop activities of branch as per quarterly plan.
- Provide analytical report regarding achievement of executed service campaigns and activities and present to HOD’s.
Job Specification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Preferred.
- Report Making / Excel/PowerPoint Skills.
- Technical knowledge of Two wheeler.
