Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, and thrive in collaborative environments focused on quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust backend and frontend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
- Solve complex technical challenges and drive performance improvements.
- Utilize containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies to enhance development practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Angular, JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Proficiency in database management systems and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the share market will be an advantage.
- Prior knowledge in GIT, JIRA, Red Mine, Mantis, Basecamp, and Agile/Scrum project management will be an advantage.
