Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Specialist located in Kathmandu. Join Web Royale and become a key player in our international sales team! In this role, you will communicate directly with clients from the UK, understand their needs, and effectively pitch our IT solutions to drive sales and business growth. Key Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to potential UK business clients during the UK shift to introduce our website development, digital marketing, and online presence solutions.
Communicate the benefits of having a website for business growth and how our services can help. Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential leads from the UK market.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with a strong value proposition.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
Qualifications
- Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
