Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative(SDR), you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and setting up sales opportunities for our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to generate leads.
  • Identify key decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirement

  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the night shift (9 PM onwards).
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is an advantage.
