Job Title: Business Sales Head - 2-Wheeler EV Scooter

Location: Kathmandu

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: CEO/Managing Director


Role Overview:

The Business Sales Head will lead the sales and business development for the 2-wheeler EV scooter segment. This includes building sales strategies, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in the growing EV scooter industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, set ambitious targets, and drive product positioning through market analysis and trend research.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate large contracts for business growth.
  • Monitor metrics, manage the sales funnel, and collaborate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, gather feedback, and grow relationships with clients for long-term retention.
  • Explore new markets, establish dealer networks, and drive brand awareness.
  • Work with the product team to align market demands and product development.
  • Manage sales budgets, monitor financial performance, and adjust strategies as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the EV scooter industry and a proven track record in sales and market expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools.

  • Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Strong networking abilities with dealerships, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Experience with new product launches and market penetration.
