Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve product segment-wise sales targets, expand market share, and enhance dealer/retailer relationships within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers/retailers.
  • Plan and schedule visits to customers, dealers, and retailers.
  • Provide regular sales reports and visit updates to your supervisor.
  • Gather feedback from customers and dealers and share insights with the supervisor.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities with the marketing team.
  • Follow up with dealers/retailers for timely payments according to company policy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the product or automotive sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, credit policies, and dealer development.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid 2-wheeler license.
