Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in the fashion industry.
  • Align digital campaigns with overall business goals and brand identity.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create engaging, trend-driven content tailored to the targeted audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage them to enhance brand visibility.


Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, visually appealing content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and aligns with the latest fashion trends.


SEO & Website Management:

  • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and rankings.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.


Influencer & Partnership Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners for co-marketing opportunities.


Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in fashion, digital marketing, and technology to ensure the brand remains competitive.


Specifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion trends and aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
