We engage in a variety of marketing activities, such as packaging, outside branding, digital marketing, research & surveys, BTL events (stalls, promotions), and agency coordination to strengthen our market presence.
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external agencies, and driving brand awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including BTL activities, in-store promotions, and consumer engagement programs.
Branding & Packaging: Work with the design and production teams to ensure effective packaging and outside branding.
Digital Marketing Support: Assist in social media promotions, content planning, and ad campaigns.
Market Research & Surveys: Conduct field visits, collect market insights, and analyze consumer preferences to improve marketing strategies.
BTL & Events Management: Coordinate stalls, events, activations, and distributor-led promotions to enhance brand visibility.
Coordination with Agencies & Teams: Work closely with advertising agencies, distributors, and internal teams to implement marketing plans effectively.
Distributor & Retailer Engagement: Support distributors and retailers with marketing materials, schemes, and incentives to drive product sales.
Competitor Analysis: Track market trends and competitors’ activities to refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in hygiene, detergent, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of BTL marketing, market research, and branding.
- Willingness to travel for market visits, distributor meetings, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative marketing ideas.
