The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and social media trends, understanding their impact on brand perception and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and visually appealing content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, banners, advertisements, product images, email templates, and promotional materials.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and maintain Icefall Store's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent content flow and timely updates across all platforms.
- Ensure all graphic designs and social media content are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Assist in running and promoting online campaigns, product launches, and special offers through social media platforms and graphic design.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports the company’s objectives, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic design, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Nepali, with the ability to craft compelling copy for social media posts.
- Attention to detail and creativity in both design and social media content creation.
