Job Description
The Product Marketing Executive plays an essential role in bridging the gap between product development and market demand. This position is vital within the organization to ensure that products are not only developed with market needs in mind but are also effectively promoted to achieve maximum reach and sales. The Product Marketing Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer service, to develop strategies that highlight product benefits and drive customer engagement. They conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis, ensuring that the marketing strategy aligns with corporate objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Planning on market penetration and market expansion
- Making presentations to doctors, practice staff, hospital doctors, nurses and pharmacists
- Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff
- Gathering feedback from sales on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
- Measuring and communicating the impact of all product marketing efforts
- Producing appropriate marketing collateral as required
- Leading and supervising promotional campaigns
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and health care sector
- Conducting training program for all field forces
- Maintaining and providing timely necessary reports
- Bachelor's degree in Pharm, or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
