Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product research and development efforts, including fashion trend analysis, product selection, and design.
  • Conduct competitor product research and product forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the product department to ensure products meet market demand.
  • Plan and execute Facebook ads for and Limitless Page.
  • Oversee social media handling, including content creation and posting.
  • Manage product and event sponsorship, brand partnerships, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
  • Develop and implement new product launch campaigns and store launch strategies.
  • Conduct content, market, customer, and brand research.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and gather insights through surveys and data analysis.
  • Lead the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns, including Facebook ads, CSR events, and new product launches.
  • Oversee content research, planning, and development for all platforms.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, and collaborate with content creators and models.
  • Direct the design of social media posts and graphics.
  • Manage PR activities, including corporate eye camps and brand collaborations.
  • Communicate with stores and collaborate with influences and event partners.
  • Analyze competitors' products, services, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years + experience as a Marketing or relevant role in the industry.
  • Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior
  • Develop and manage the annual and monthly marketing budget.
  • Evaluate marketing performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Record and analyze marketing expenses, ensuring payment settlements and accurate data management
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, calendars, and timelines.
