Overview

The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in the organization's success by developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights that drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to wholesale and retail channels, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and programs to support wholesale client acquisition and retention.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events, targeting both wholesale clients and retail customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the wholesale and retail markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesale clients, retail partners, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for brand building.
  • Familiarity with wholesale and retail operations, distribution channels, and customer segmentation is preferred.
  • Candidate with Vehicle license is preferred.
