Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of operational processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, timely and
  • accurate completion of tasks.
  • Manage tasks such as preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Oversee logistics and dispatch processes, including coordinating with affiliates and tracking trips.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and
  • productivity.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts and pricing.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure overall organizational success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations or administrative roles, preferably in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work all night shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
