Job Description
OverviewThe Sales Head plays a critical role in driving the sales strategy and executing plans to meet overall business objectives. This position is key to identifying market opportunities, managing relationships with stakeholders, and leading the sales team to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Interview and train new sales employers, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment
- Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure team motivation.
- Provide regular training and development programs for the sales force.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Design schemes based on sales planning agenda and market feedback to ensure overall dealer profitability and sales growth
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Forecast sales trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize sales processes for efficiency and better customer engagement.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
