Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Toner refilling and handling printing errors.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for optimal performance.
Provide technical support for applications like Microsoft Office Packages, Office 365, Outlook, SPSS, digital marketing tools, and others.
Help students troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during lab sessions.
Maintain accurate records of all ICT equipment in the lab.
Provide ICT support to students, faculty, and administrative staff as required.
Keep the computer lab organized and ensure all equipment is functional.
Assist with implementing new technologies and software updates.
Interest in working with new innovations and technology.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Strong understanding of network, printers and system infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Good communication skills for interacting with staffs, faculty and students.
Freshers are encouraged to apply, especially those with a keen interest in learning by doing in the Information and Communications Technology Department. If required, on-the-job training will be provided.
