Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor in Caregiver / Aged Care Worker Training at Kathmandu Technical School. The role involves conducting training sessions, developing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing mentorship to aspiring caregivers. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students pursuing Caregiver Course designed by CTEVT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience Or
- PCL Staff Nurse with 4+ years of experience in caregiver training or aged care, geriatric care or nursing education
- Relevant certification in caregiving, education, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of individual support and disability care
- Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum and conduct assessments
- Understanding of vocational education and competency-based learning
- Certification in training and assessment is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare or aged care sector
