Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales approaches.
- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.
- Train, mentor, and manage junior sales staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the software industry.
- Strong knowledge of software products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and create strategies for improvement.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS sales or enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and analytics platforms.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
