Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales approaches.
  • Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.
  • Train, mentor, and manage junior sales staff as needed.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create strategies for improvement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in SaaS sales or enterprise software solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
