Job Description: Business Manager – PetMama Nepal

Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal

Time: Fulltime - Onsite - 10am to 6 pm

Position Overview:

PetMama Nepal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business activities, manage budgets, improve operational processes, and develop strategic initiatives to strengthen PetMama Nepal's position as a trusted brand in pet care services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Strategy:

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
Oversee the daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure financial targets are met by controlling costs and optimizing revenue streams.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
Set clear goals for team members and monitor progress.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Sales & Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Develop programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management or a similar leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Passion for pets and the pet care industry
