Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project - Sales & Marketing professional in the Steel Construction Section. The role involves managing project sales, effective communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing project management tasks in the steel construction sector.


Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field


Role & Responsibility


  • Responsible to attend events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities
  • Reaches out to Industry Business Group partners such as contracts, legal, finance, to secure resources to work on bid response
  • Develop and maintain standard project documentation such as process and procedures, project plans (as needed), agendas, action items lists, business rules/requirements, process flows, test cases
  • Pull reporting on an as-needed basis
  • Escalate, and create urgency around any issues that would impede the success of the project
  • To promote, market and sales of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning
  • Develop and maintain network with consultant, contractors, and customers
  • Meeting customer satisfaction and Achieving targeted sales order
  • Work with internal Project Sales Support team to provide continuous coverage to field for ongoing pricing and technical support as needed
