Job Summary:

Global Edu and HR Consultancy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will support daily operations, assist in client management, and contribute to various tasks related to educational consultancy and human resources. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of global education and HR, while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.


Preferred Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, human resources, or related fields.
  • Previous experience or interest in education consultancy.
  • Basic understanding of abroad study is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research and data collection.
  • Support senior consultants in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications.
  • Help organize and maintain client records and databases.
  • Assist in the coordination of client meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, such as scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Help with the preparation of marketing materials and promotional content.


Wage:

Stipend-based.


Duration:

Full-time


Workdays:

Sunday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM


Performance Bonus:

  • A performance-based bonus will be awarded depending on the completion and quality of tasks assigned.
  • The intern will be evaluated based on their contribution to projects, timely completion of tasks, and the initiative shown in taking on additional responsibilities.
  • A bonus may also be provided for exceptional effort in research or client interaction that results in positive feedback from clients or team members.


Start Date:

Immediately upon hire.
