Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Counselor to join our team in Dolphin Education Head Office, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Counselor will guide students in selecting the right academic path by providing accurate information on study destinations, admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities. The ideal candidate will support students throughout their application journey, ensuring a seamless and informed decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study destinations, courses, and admission requirements.
- Guide students through the application and visa process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Stay updated on international education policies, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain records of student interactions and follow up on inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide accurate and detailed information to students
- Fluency in English is required
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
Previous work experience is not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
