Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Team Lead to oversee our development team and drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background, particularly in PHP, Drupal, WordPress, and other modern technologies. As a leader, you will mentor team members, manage project timelines, and ensure the technical excellence of our deliverables. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the technical team, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture. 
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable solutions using PHP, with high knowledge of Drupal being particularly appreciated. 
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow their skills and expertise. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks effectively. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership role, with Drupal experience being highly prioritized. 
• Strong proficiency in PHP, with a particular emphasis on Drupal. Experience with WordPress and related frameworks and tools is also valuable. 
• Experience with other programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Python is a plus. 
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. 
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. 
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and distributed teams. 
• Familiarity with database design and management.
