Job Description
Major Responsibilities- Responsible for strategy planning and capacity planning to forecast extension based on company’s strategy and concepts with regards to Data Communications.
- Internet Load Sharing, BGP, Internet security and availability.
- Network and Security infrastructure planning for CDN, cloud services, video streaming, IOT etc.
- Optimize internet services to achieve better customer experience ( Cache deployment, CDN peering, reduce latencies, etc)
- Implementation of IPS protection, DOS/ DDOS defense.
- Firewall Operation & Development and DMZ Planning.
- Plan and manage Site2Site and Remote accesses.
- Plan and manage DNS, NTP, FTP, SMTP services.
- Provide Load balancing and HA solutions for services.
- Organize L2 protection and implement security for wireless and wired networks.
- Wireless development and operation.
- User/enterprise network management /Operation
- Monitoring system and Management systems: SNMP, Syslog, TACACS, Radius, SQL based on Unix platform.
- Provide high availability for the network
- implement Multi site (2 sites) reliability and BCP
- Perform security incident investigation
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Special Skills And Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Mobile, VAS, Enterprise, VoIP.
- Good knowledge of LDAP, AAA, TACACs, RADIUS.
- Knowledge of telecommunications and computer equipment’s, experience with cable data links. Network administration skills.
- Good knowledge of Routing, Switching and UNIX systems.
- Sound knowledge of data network equipment, protocols and technologies.
- Sound Knowledge of BGP and internet technologies
- Sound knowledge of IT Security.
- Good knowledge of DMZ design, firewalls (different hardware). Experience preferred
- Good skills in security troubleshooting, security audit and vulnerability assessment
- Experience of address space management
- Project Management skills
