Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake the strategic direction and goals of the headquarters and achieve the sales targets issued by the headquarters (multiple dimensions such as country, customer, industry, and profit).
- Formulate medium-term and annual development plans and formulate and implement key tasks (including market development, product development, brand promotion, etc.).
- Identify industry/category opportunities and lead category development.
- Establish the brand's market position.
- Research the market, develop customers and sales channels.
- Formulate price strategies, sales and promotion strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in English, international trade, or marketing. Excellent spoken English and able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken forms.
- At least 4 years of work experience in sales or marketing-related positions, with capabilities in customer development and management, market analysis and data analysis.
- Good at goal decomposition, strong communication skills, self-driven and strong pressure resistance.
