Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Undertake the strategic direction and goals of the headquarters and achieve the sales targets issued by the headquarters (multiple dimensions such as country, customer, industry, and profit).
  2. Formulate medium-term and annual development plans and formulate and implement key tasks (including market development, product development, brand promotion, etc.).
  3. Identify industry/category opportunities and lead category development.
  4. Establish the brand's market position.
  5. Research the market, develop customers and sales channels.
  6. Formulate price strategies, sales and promotion strategies.


Job Requirements:


  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English, international trade, or marketing. Excellent spoken English and able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken forms.
  2. At least 4 years of work experience in sales or marketing-related positions, with capabilities in customer development and management, market analysis and data analysis.
  3. Good at goal decomposition, strong communication skills, self-driven and strong pressure resistance.
