Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and communication with a keen understanding of how to engage and inspire target customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross teams to analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and create campaigns that converts users to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and user insights. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Market Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and define target market segments and customer personas. Develop personalized marketing strategies to reach different customer segments effectively.
  • . Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (organic, paid, others). Coordinate to develop marketing materials and content that resonate with the target users.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop brand messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development and sales. Provide leadership and guidance on marketing best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Team Lead, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns impacting the bottom line.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Analytics, Ad Platforms etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing and SEO principles.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content distribution channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design and automation tools (e.g., AI Tools, Figma, MailChimp, Zapier etc.).
  • Experience in the global recruitment or HR technology industry.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
